BULL-IT SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a Network Engineer to provide 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management for day-to-day network operations. The role focuses on maintaining network availability, identifying connectivity issues, and coordinating with internal and external support teams for timely resolution.

You will monitor devices, perform MPLS and LAN/WAN troubleshooting, log and resolve incidents, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance while maintaining accurate documentation.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Network Operations or similar support environments.
• Experience working in a 24x7 shift-based support organization is preferred.
• Customer-facing support experience is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Monitor network devices, links, alarms, and overall network availability.
• Perform basic MPLS troubleshooting and handle customer-reported network issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Enterprise routing and switching problems.
• Conduct first-level diagnosis of network alarms and connectivity problems.
• Create, update, track, resolve, and close incident tickets.
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 and other support teams when required.
• Coordinate with technical teams for incident resolution and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Validate network services after restoration and ensure proper ticket closure.

We are looking for a Network Engineer to provide 24x7 monitoring support day-to-day network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining network availability, identifying connectivity issues, and coordinating with internal and external support teams for timely resolution.

• Monitor network devices, links, alarms, and overall network availability.
• Perform basic MPLS troubleshooting and handle customer-reported network issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Enterprise customer routing, and switching issues.
• Perform first-level diagnosis of network alarms and connectivity problems.
• Underlay and overlay L1 operations support.
• Create, update, track, resolve, and close incident tickets.
• Troubleshoot known network faults and standard operational issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3, vendor, carrier, or other support teams when required.
• Coordinate with different technical teams for incident resolution.
• Monitor incidents and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform basic network health checks before and after planned changes.
• Support incidents, problems, and change management activities.
• Validate network services after restoration and ensure proper ticket closure.
• Maintain accurate troubleshooting notes and operational documentation.
• Ensure proper shift handover for open or ongoing incidents.
• Support 24x7 network operations where required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• Experience supporting global enterprise customers.

Professional Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in Network Operations or similar support environments.

• Experience working in a 24x7 shift-based support organization is preferred.
• Customer-facing support experience is highly desirable.

Language Skills:

• English: Minimum B2 level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
