Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with performance objectives and client core values.
• Assist customers with purchases made through the e-commerce website.
• Show interest and courtesy in interactions, maintaining a friendly and caring demeanor.
• Offer alternatives to unavailable products on the website.
• Follow standard processes and procedures for issue resolution.
• Stay updated on system information, process changes, and future updates.

Job Specifications

• O Levels, Intermediate or above.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
