About the Job
We are looking for Business Development, Sales person who can manage;
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in advertising, short films, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct market research to target potential clients across industries (FMCG, retail, real estate, startups, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Book appointments with potential clients and ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Qualify prospects and understand their marketing/advertising needs.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation.
- Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Handle live chats, email queries, and client calls with strong English fluency.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the creative/production teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing sector).
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment booking, and cold emailing.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills (must be able to draft professional, persuasive emails and manage chats fluently).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
