In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media campaigns, driving engagement, managing content creation, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our efforts across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Refine social media strategies based on data and feedback.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns.
- Content Creation: Design and upload posts across all platforms, ensuring high-quality and creative content.
- Create posts and engage in industry groups on all LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Engage with comments, respond to inquiries, and foster a community around our brand.
- Edit customer success stories into compelling videos and create short-form content (e.g., reels).
- Research social media trends, keywords, competitor activities, and audience preferences that may influence our social media strategy.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing strategies for consistent, high-quality content.
- Ensure unified messaging across platforms by partnering with content writers.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for a unified brand presence.
- Track and report on KPIs, including engagement, reach, and conversions.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a social media manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe.
- Analytical skills for monitoring engagement metrics
- Creative thinker with an ability to create innovative ideas.
- Excellent understanding of social media management tools and analytics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics) a Plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
