Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales & account of property in institutions.
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.
- Determining clients' needs and financial abilities for solutions.

- Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them and institutions.
- Manage the sales record area/town wise by ensuring accurate sales data on a regular basis.
- Supervise the supply of all kinds of products.
- Responsible for marketing of real estate through listed promotional activities.
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
