JD for SAP IS-Retail MM

5-6 years in SAP Retail Knowledge of Business process across Fashion, Hard Goods, and Food

1. Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects and designing solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Experience in working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirements and solution design.
3. Experience with SAP S/4HANA in Retail preview.
4. Good experience in Retail Master data like Merchandise hierarchy, Article hierarchy, Article master, Article categories, and site master.
5. Experience in Assortment & Layout Management, Pricing & Valuation.
6. Procurement, Internal procurement, Inventory management, Goods receipt and Issue handling, Goods Issue via Outbound process, Physical Inventory, and Cross Docking.
7. Inventory & Warehouse Management, Handling Unit Management, merchandise distribution, replenishment planning, and various P2P processes.
8. Integration Knowledge - SAP modules such as Finance and Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Sales and Distribution.
9. Experience with SAP Best Practices to accelerate project delivery and reduce costs.
10. Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, creating RICEF objects, user exits, and interfaces for business improvements.
11. Knowledge of EDI interfaces with third-party systems, eCommerce platforms, and principals.
12. Experience in automating business processes.
13. Support experience in IDOC monitoring, troubleshooting, and SLA adherence.
14. Strong consulting skills, capable of handling business users and stakeholders independently.

Experience working in a multilanguage environment.
