Job summary

BPO Impact in Lahore is hiring for its US B2B Construction Sales Campaign. We welcome fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals who can speak English, communicate confidently, and learn quickly. The role is on-site in Township, Lahore with 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PST shift.

You will make outbound calls to US-based prospects, qualify opportunities, book appointments, and maintain CRM records. Compensation includes a competitive fixed salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with outbound sales, B2B or SDR roles is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects.
• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
• Connect with contractors, builders, business owners & decision-makers.
• Understand prospect needs and introduce relevant services.
• Handle objections and guide conversations to next steps.
• Generate qualified leads and book sales appointments.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate CRM and prospect records.
• Meet daily, weekly & monthly sales KPIs.
• Take ownership of results and growth.
