NSOL BPO in Rawalpindi is hiring a motivated Business Development Associate to join the onsite team in Bahria Town Phase 7. Fresh graduates are welcomed; the role offers exposure to international client acquisition and multi-channel outreach from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, with opportunity for growth. The role focuses on researching markets, generating leads on LinkedIn, Apollo, and email, and supporting campaigns to strengthen business

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and start a career in BD.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities are needed.
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international clients and opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media and other platforms.
• Conduct professional outreach via email and LinkedIn to prospective clients.
• Support email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with prospects, internal teams and management.
• Follow up consistently to nurture potential clients.
• Learn and utilize new business development tools and strategies.
• Maintain records of outreach, responses, and leads.
• Work toward assigned BD and lead-generation targets.
• Continuously refine outreach techniques based on results.
