Job summary

Momin Solutions in Lahore is seeking a confident B2B Cold Caller to generate opportunities in the US market. This is a full-time, on-site role with an evening/night shift and a base salary of PKR 50,000 plus performance-based commission.

You will make outbound calls to US business owners and decision-makers, present services, qualify leads, book appointments for the sales team, and maintain CRM records. Excellent English and strong listening skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must speak clearly and professionally in English.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with decision-makers.
• Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to work in an on-site, evening/night shift role.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based businesses.
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers to present services.
• Identify prospects with genuine business needs.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Follow up with interested prospects to advance opportunities.
• Maintain accurate call notes and update CRM records.
• Work toward daily and monthly outreach targets.
