Job summary

Scaleup Connect is seeking a confident Customer Sales Representative to manage outbound calls and drive sales from Lahore onsite. The role targets UK-market customers, with a focus on B2B and call-center-style outreach, requiring polished spoken English and strong persuasion.

You will work Monday to Friday, with performance KPIs and targets, collaborating with the sales team to convert leads and close deals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Outbound Telesales, B2B Sales, or Call Center Sales.
• UK market or UK sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
