The position requires exceptional English, resilience, punctuality for the 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PKT night shift, and a proven track record in US telesales, lead generation, or BPO environments.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional English with clear, neutral or American accent required.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Punctual for the 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT night shift.
• On-site presence at the Islamabad Blue Area office; remote work not allowed.
• Experience in US telesales, BPO environments, or lead generation is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Execute a high-volume outbound outreach to US-based prospects via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Directly pitch BizBackerz solutions, handle objections, and qualify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of dials, conversations, and pipeline in the CRM.
• Consistently hit or exceed daily call quotas and lead-generation targets.
