Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Upwork bidding for a software services company (Mandatory).

• Experience handling multiple technical stack profiles on Upwork.
• Strong proposal writing, lead generation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to identify suitable projects and convert opportunities into business.
