• Track record as Bidder on Upwork/Freelancer with secured projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical ability to evaluate project requirements and market trends.
• Negotiation skills with history of closing deals.
• Self-motivated with target-driven approach.

Responsabilidades
