In this role, you will analyze technical project briefs, scope software solutions, and write tailored technical proposals for Upwork and secondary platforms. Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• 100% Mandatory: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Technical Bidding experience specifically for software development agencies or IT services.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read, understand, and break down technical project briefs, including AI and custom web applications.
• Upwork Experience: Verifiable track record of bidding on, qualifying, and closing software development projects on Upwork.
• Proposal Crafting: Ability to translate client requirements into clear acceptance criteria, technical discovery questions, and relevant project milestones.
• Written English: Strong, clear written English with the ability to write bespoke, non-generic proposals without relying on low-effort AI-generated templates.
