BrainsLogic, a senior-only software studio, seeks a Technical Bidding Specialist with 1+ year of hands-on experience to identify, evaluate, and win software development projects on Upwork, collaborating closely with our senior engineering team.

You’ll craft tailored technical proposals, clarify scope via discovery questions, and translate client requirements into clear milestones, maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities with non-generic, winning bids.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of hands-on Technical Bidding experience for software development agencies or IT services.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and break down technical project briefs (AI and custom web applications).
• Verifiable experience bidding on, qualifying, and closing software development projects on Upwork.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear acceptance criteria, concise technical discovery questions, and relevant milestones.
• Strong written English with the ability to write bespoke, non-generic proposals.

About the Role
Technical Bidding Specialist (1+ Year Experience)

You’ll identify, evaluate, and win software development projects on Upwork while working closely with our senior engineering team. This isn't about sending generic proposals or chasing every job post. We care about thoughtful communication, technical understanding, and the ability to qualify opportunities that are the right fit for our team.
