• Verifiable track record of bidding on, qualifying, and closing software development projects on Upwork.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate incoming Upwork project briefs daily.
• Assess technical feasibility, project scope, and client fit.
• Draft high-converting proposals tailored to the client's exact requirements, technology stack, and pain points.
• Handle initial client responses.
• Ask relevant technical discovery questions.
• Clarify project requirements and scope before involving the engineering team.
• Identify and present technical case studies and live demos to build client confidence.
• Maintain ongoing proposal activity and track lead statuses.
