Job summary

Meezab Group seeks a motivated sales assistant to convert Umrah inquiries in Lahore. You will respond to new leads on WhatsApp and phone the same day, explain hotels, distance from Haram, visas, flights and transport, send quotes, and follow up until the customer books.

You will also collect documents and hand bookings to the operations team, recording every lead in the CRM. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience in travel, clear Urdu and good English, and are comfortable working

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in travel or Umrah.
• Confident on phone and WhatsApp, with clear Urdu and good English.
• Basic knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reply to new leads on WhatsApp and phone the same day
• Explain Umrah packages: hotels, distance from Haram, visa, flights and transport
• Send quotes and follow up until the customer decides
• Collect documents and hand confirmed bookings to the operations team
• Record every lead and its status in the CRM
