Job summary

FlowDesk in Karachi is hiring a Business Development Executive to sign up UK-based restaurants and onboarding them to the platform. You’ll make outbound calls, manage a pipeline from first contact to signed partnership, and tailor pitches to each restaurant’s needs.

You will work 3pm–11pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday, in an on-site role at our Karachi office. A 1+ year background in outbound sales or BD is required, with strong English and a resilient, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation or business development.
• Experience in B2B environments and target-driven roles is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and confident phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurant owners and decision-makers in the UK.
• Build and manage your pipeline from first contact to signed partnership.
• Handle objections, tailor pitches to each restaurant’s situation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure follow-ups are timely.
• Hit and exceed weekly activity and monthly sign-up targets.
• Collaborate with UK-based management and participate in coaching.
