The role demands top communication, resilience, and the ability to handle gatekeepers. Night shift 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PKT, strict on-site requirement, and a focus on meeting quotas and building reliable, profitable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Exceptional English with a clear, neutral, or American accent.
• Resilient and unfazed by hang-ups or rejection.
• Must be consistently punctual for the 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT night shift.
• Role is 100% on-site at Blue Area office; remote work not allowed.
• Experience in US telesales, BPO, or lead generation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to US-based prospects.
• Directly pitch solutions, handle objections, and secure qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records of dials, conversations, and pipeline updates.
• Consistently hit or exceed daily call quotas and lead generation targets.
