Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking is mandatory.
• Previous call centre experience in Pakistan is mandatory.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based prospects and follow up on inbound leads.
• Pitch services confidently and handle objections professionally.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately log call outcomes and update CRM records.
• Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the wider sales team to share leads and best practice.
