Life @ Get Licensed is seeking an energetic sales professional to own the outbound process selling our training platform to UK care homes. You'll prospect, build a pipeline, and close deals, often on the first call or after a short demo.

Expect high call volumes, a fast pace, and uncapped commission as you own the end-to-end sale. You'll target care providers, manage discovery and demos, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with marketing and onboarding.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of outbound phone sales to UK/US businesses.
• Track record of closing deals yourself.
• Excellent spoken English with UK business owners.
• Clear, professional written English for follow-ups.
• Confident short screen-share demos and handling objections.
• On the phone most of the day, every day.
• CRM discipline; HubSpot experience helpful.
• No care-sector experience required; product training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Dial every day with outbound calls to UK care providers.
• Convert marketing leads quickly; close them.
• Run the whole sale yourself: discovery, a short screen-share demo, quoting, handling objections, and closing.
• Identify owners, registered managers and training leads at single-site and multi-site groups.
• Keep CRM accurate in CloudTalk and HubSpot with notes and next steps.
• Hand over to onboarding after signing and get back to the phones.
• Share common objections and feedback to sharpen the pitch.
