Job summary

Get Licensed is seeking an outbound sales professional to contact UK care home owners and managers, identify the decision-maker, understand training needs, and close sales. You will manage a full sales cycle, leveraging inbound leads while building your own pipeline.

You will demos, quote, handle objections, and drive deals to closure. Expect to use HubSpot and a dialer daily, with a performance-driven, high-call-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outbound sales to UK or US businesses.
• Proven track record of closing deals yourself.
• Excellent spoken English and ability to converse persuasively with UK business owners.
• Clear, professional written English for follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages.
• CRM experience with HubSpot and dialers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dial every day and conduct high volumes of outbound calls to UK care providers.
• Convert marketing leads quickly and close them or add to your pipeline.
• Run the full sale yourself: discovery, short screen-share demo, quoting, objections, closing.
• Identify decision-makers at single-site and multi-site groups.
• Keep CRM accurate in CloudTalk and HubSpot with notes, next steps, and forecast.
• Hand over signed customers to onboarding and resume calling.
