Job summary

Opperate is seeking a remote Tech Sales professional based in Pakistan to engage US-based clients in the SaaS space. You will prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts, map stakeholders, and drive multi-channel outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

The role requires alignment with US working hours and strong CRM discipline. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in B2B SaaS or outbound sales, with proven ability to generate meetings and build enterprise pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years B2B SaaS, technical sales, or outbound prospecting experience
• Experience prospecting into mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
• Fluent English communicator (written and spoken)
• Based in Pakistan and available for US hours (7pm–4am PKT)

Responsibilities

• Strategically prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and champions
• Use LinkedIn to research accounts, identify prospects, and create targeted outreach
• Map and multi-thread accounts engaging multiple stakeholders
• Build personalized, multi-channel outreach using calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Balance personalization with prospecting volume
• Build and manage cadences for larger, complex accounts
• Cold call senior-level decision-makers
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategy and opportunities
• Maintain clean records in CRM and sales tools
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline from targeted accounts
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals
