Motive is seeking a Commercial Outbound Account Executive to drive new business with US/Canada/UK-based clients. You will build executive relationships, run full sales cycles, and contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK).
• Strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas and growing book of business with data support.
• End-to-end ownership from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business for Motive through developing executive relationships with key prospects.
• Survey prospects to understand pain points and align needs with the Motive solution.
• Demo Motive software to fleet managers and drivers.
• Partner with Account Managers and Freight Ops to optimize buying decisions.
• Resolve problems and implement best available solutions.
• Plan to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
• Deepen understanding of Motive technology and market trends.
