Job summary

hrsi invites applications for a Territory Sales role in Jhang. You will drive FMCG sales, manage distributors, and lead a small sales team to hit monthly and annual targets.

Based in Jhang, you will supervise route coverage, merchandising, and promotions while tracking performance and reporting insights to management. A Bachelor's in business or marketing and 1–3 years of FMCG experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of FMCG distribution/territory sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets for the territory.

• Supervise distributor sales team to improve productivity.
• Ensure route coverage, product availability, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets.
• Execute trade promotions, new product launches, and in-store activations.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Track secondary sales, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage distributor operations, stock availability, order booking, and claim settlement.
• Supervise and motivate the distributor sales team (order bookers/DSRs) to improve productivity.
• Ensure route coverage, product availability, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets.
• Execute trade promotions, new product launches, and in-store activations.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Track secondary sales, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience in distribution/territory sales.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
