Job summary

hrsi is seeking a Territory Sales Leader in Karachi to drive monthly and annual sales targets across the distributor network. You will manage distributor operations, coach the sales team, and ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage.

The role requires FMCG experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Excel for sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years FMCG sales experience, preferably in territory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical ability with proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
