Job summary

IENG Group in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking a Telecom Data Analyst to monitor network operations, analyze telecom infrastructure performance, and report on KPIs. You will leverage advanced Excel, reporting tools, and AI-assisted analytics to turn operational data into actionable insights.

The role requires knowledge of DGs, batteries, RMS, VSWR, and SLA-driven operations, along with collaboration with field engineers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of telecom site infrastructure (DGs, batteries, RMS).
• Experience with network availability metrics and alarm management.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), dashboards, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools in analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telecom network performance, site availability, and KPIs.
• Analyze telecom infrastructure data (DGs, batteries, RMS, power systems).
• Track uptime, outages, and events; identify trends.
• Prioritize incidents and coordinate resolutions within SLA targets.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Develop Excel-based analytical models and reporting solutions.
• Use AI tools to improve reporting and automate workflows.
• Coordinate with regional teams, engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Support reviews with data insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely communication of issues.
