Detailed Job Description

As an ICT Integration Service Engineer supporting CEM maintenance in Islamabad via Turnotech Inc., you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of platform health monitoring, alarm management, and incident resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring CEM platforms and NMS alarms for timely issue resolution, executing platform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting service issues, and performing rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You will support telecom data flows across 3G, 4G, 5G, and VoLTE networks, utilize shell/bash scripting for automation, and coordinate closely with customers and technical teams for incident resolution and reporting. Furthermore, you will maintain meticulous documentation and configuration logs to ensure high system availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Customer Experience Management (CEM) platforms and Network Management System (NMS) alarms to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform platform maintenance, software upgrades, routine patching, and comprehensive technical troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot complex service issues and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support telecom data flows, signaling, and service performance across 3G, 4G, 5G, and VoLTE network environments.
• Coordinate seamlessly with external customers and internal technical teams for incident resolution, escalation management, and reporting.
• Write and utilize shell/bash scripts for task automation, log parsing, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high system availability, performance monitoring, and operational compliance across NMS platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
