As a Telecom Engineer supporting Business Magnificence across the Central Region of Pakistan, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of telecom tower field operations, wireless site deployments, transmission link installations, and power backup maintenance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing telecom tower field operations, executing wireless network (2G/3G/4G/5G) deployment and integration activities, performing microwave transmission installation, dismantling, and precise link alignment, servicing and maintaining DC/AC power systems and battery backup infrastructure, preparing detailed technical documentation, incident reports, and site commissioning records, upholding rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all fieldwork, collaborating closely with cross-functional network planning, RF optimization, and project management squads, conducting root-cause analysis for transmission faults and power outages, and ensuring strict compliance with industry engineering baselines. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex field anomalies under strict operational deadlines.
