Job summary

PostEx is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Lahore to lead tech talent acquisition for a fast-paced technology environment. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, especially for software engineers and other technical roles.

You will screen candidates, engage passive talent, and coordinate with technical leadership to fill multiple vacancies efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of tech terms, development lifecycles, and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, CS, IT or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycles, programming technologies, and tech job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job portals, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with technical leadership.
• Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple technical vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment management system is advantageous.
