Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is seeking a proactive Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, managerial, and specialized roles. You will support business growth with effective sourcing strategies, handle multiple vacancies, and coordinate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate, managerial, and specialized roles while supporting business growth through effective talent sourcing and hiring strategies. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements
