Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is seeking a proactive Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, managerial, and specialized roles. You will support business growth with effective sourcing strategies, handle multiple vacancies, and coordinate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
Strong experience in corporate and professional hiring.
Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean sourcing, and direct candidate engagement.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics, market salary trends, and talent availability.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems.
