Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI/Agentic System to join our tech team. The role requires deep ML expertise and experience delivering AI-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product and research to define model architecture, training pipelines, and evaluating model performance. Strong communication with leadership and stakeholders is essential. Lahore-based roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycles, programming technologies, and technology job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job portals, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with technical leadership.
• Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple technical vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience working with an ATS or recruitment management system will be an advantage.
