Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract and hire top software engineers and other technical professionals for fast-growing teams.

You will own end-to-end recruitment processes, screen candidates, coordinate with engineering leadership, and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, CS, IT or related field.
• 2+ years in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of tech terminology and development lifecycles.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portals.

Our client PostEx is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Lahore.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycles, programming technologies, and technology job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job portals, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with technical leadership.
• Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple technical vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience working with an ATS or recruitment management system will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FinTech, Logistics, E-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
• Experience hiring for high-growth technology teams.
• Exposure to senior and leadership-level technical hiring.
• Experience building passive talent pipelines and conducting talent mapping.
