Job summary

Sharp Brains in Lahore is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles. You will source IT professionals, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely onboarding.

The role requires coordinating across locations and employment models (FTE, onsite) and tracking KPIs, with a focus on delivering a professional candidate experience.

Job Description

1. 1) Manage the complete 360° recruitment process, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
2. 2) Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and contract type.
3. 3) Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, candidate databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
4. 4) Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, salary/rate expectations, and work authorization.
5. 5) Handle recruitment for roles across IT infrastructure, software development, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and support functions.
6. 6) Coordinate technical interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
7. 7) Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
8. 8) Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
9. 9) Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
10. 10) Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting **submission, interview, selection, and hiring targets. Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience.
11. 11) Track recruitment KPIs including profiles submitted, interviews scheduled, selections, offers, and closures.
12. 12) Support international hiring across different **locations, employment models, B2B/freelance contracts, FTE, and onsite requirements.
