Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts from our office in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles while learning our hiring processes and culture.

Ideal candidates hold MA or BA in CS or IT, show strong communication, and are eager to develop skills in ATS platforms such as Workable and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• MA/BA degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand team hiring needs, technical requirements, and company culture.
• Support in conducting initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Learn and utilize recruitment platforms such as Workable ATS, LinkedIn, and other professional networks to identify potential candidates.
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for critical technical roles.
• Assist in improving recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and technical industry developments to attract top talent.

As part of our recruitment team, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier technical talent, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and culture. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and have an interest in technical recruitment.

Requirements:

Qualification and Education:

• Qualifications: MA / BA Degree in Computer Science, IT or Related Fields
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Interest in learning about various technical roles such as QA, UI/UX, Software Development, DevOps, and Product Ownership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge: Some Knowledge of types of roles in Software Development such as QA, Product Owner, UI / UX, Dot Net, PHP, Back End, Front End, iOS, Android, Scrum Master.
