Job summary

Mahaana Wealth Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will translate requirements into detailed technical specifications, design solutions, and support project delivery with data-driven insights and robust reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in a technical BA role, strong SDLC/Agile knowledge, SQL data analysis skills, and experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with database concepts, APIs, and system integration patterns.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and translate into detailed technical specifications.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories; facilitate workshops with business users.
• Work with development teams to design technical solutions; create flow diagrams and architecture docs.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze complex datasets; create SQL queries; design reports and dashboards.
• Develop test plans and coordinate UAT; track defects and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
