Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (5–8 years) to support business transformation and technology implementation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and vendors to gather requirements, analyze processes, define functional requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Responsibilities include requirement gathering, process analysis, and maintaining BRDs/FRS/BRS, while supporting SIT, UAT, and acceptance

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of BA experience in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with As-Is/To-Be mapping, gap analysis, business rules, workflows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRS/BRS, RTMs and functional documentation.
• Experience with system integrations and vendor collaboration.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management and business acceptance.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (5–8 years) to support business transformation and technology implementation initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and implementation vendors to gather requirements, analyze business processes, define functional requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional specifications, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with As-Is/To-Be process mapping, gap analysis, business rules, workflows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRS/BRS, RTMs, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Experience working with implementation/system integration vendors.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, solution validation, and business acceptance.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and application dependencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent tools.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business rules, calculations, exceptions, approval workflows, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors in an enterprise environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, or other Business Analysis certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end digital transformation and enterprise application implementation is preferred.
• Exposure to E-commerce, CRM, ERP/SAP, Payroll, Logistics, Incentive/Commission, Project Management, Compliance, Legal, Security, or Access Management solutions will be an added advantage.
• Experience with system integrations, centralized dashboards, operational reporting, and management KPIs is preferred.
• Strong experience working on multi-department or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives will be an advantage.
