Job summary

Devsinc in Lahore is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in business analysis and software implementation projects. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting requirements, and translating them into clear functional specs for technical teams.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, participate in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments, and support UAT and validation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar PM tools.
• Strong requirements management, documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, QA, and other project teams.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, meeting minutes, and other business analysis documentation.
• Manage and prioritize requirements and backlog items using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings.
• Support project planning, requirement tracking, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate and oversee project communications, ensuring timely communication of project updates, requirements, decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, requirement traceability, and project trackers.
• Support UAT, test planning, defect clarification, and solution validation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as expected.
• Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist project managers with status reporting, stakeholder updates, and tracking project deliverables.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other project/task management tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong experience in business analysis and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:
  • Microsoft Word– BRDs, FRDs, requirement documents, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
  • Microsoft Excel– requirement trackers, data analysis, project trackers, reports, and maintaining project-related data.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint– presentations, project updates, demos, and stakeholder communication.
  • Microsoft Outlook/Teams– stakeholder communication, meetings, collaboration, and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating project communications and working with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, UAT, and software implementation processes.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Understanding of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience working on CRM implementation or integration projects.
