Job summary

Integriti in Lahore is seeking a capable Business Analyst for a full-time role dedicated to a client account. You will gather and analyze requirements from the client and translate them into clear specifications for the development team.

You will document processes, collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers, and adapt to rotating projects as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Experience writing BRD, FRS, and user stories.
• Familiar with Confluence, Trello, or JIRA workflows.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Business Analyst
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 1-2 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This person will initially be dedicated to one client account, gathering and analyzing requirements directly from the client. Depending on that client's workload, the role may remain fully dedicated to the same project or expand to include rotation across other client projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with the client to understand business needs, pain points, and goals
• Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, use cases, or functional specifications for the development team
• Manage and organize requirements, documentation, and workflows using Confluence
• Create, track, and update tasks/tickets using Trello
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes/systems and desired outcomes
• Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings or workshops with the client
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and confirm delivered solutions meet requirements
• Flexibly adapt to working on a single client project or rotating across multiple projects, based on business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role)
• Strong communication skills - comfortable working directly with clients
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and Trello (or similar tools like JIRA)
• Experience with requirement-gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys)
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Agile/Scrum preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clear, structured documentation (BRD, FRS, user stories)
• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities/projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a client-facing / agency environment
• Exposure to wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart)
• Basic SQL or data analysis skills
• Certification such as CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA (not mandatory)
