Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with confident presentation skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, conduct needs analysis, and manage follow-ups.
• Understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management practices.
• Comfortable explaining technology services in clear, customer-focused language.
• Capability to work with sales targets, maintain a pipeline, and prioritize activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, organization, and time-management skills.
• Professional, self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business prospects through research, outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Present company services and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage leads, maintain accurate customer records, and update sales activity in relevant systems.
• Prepare quotations or proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved guidelines, and support deal closure.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Prepare regular sales updates and pipeline reports.
