Qualifications

• Identify and contact business prospects by telephone to introduce Bisonstechs software solutions.
• Understand each prospect’s requirements and qualify opportunities for ERP, POS, accounting, inventory, and custom software products.
• Explain product benefits clearly, respond to questions, and arrange follow-up discussions or product demonstrations with the relevant team.
• Maintain accurate call notes, prospect details, and pipeline updates in the company’s sales records or CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads, nurture relationships, and work toward agreed sales and appointment targets.
• Coordinate with colleagues to share customer feedback and support a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
