Job summary

Softpers (Pvt.) Ltd. in Lahore is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, craft winning proposals, and manage client communications.

You will coordinate with tech teams to scope projects and maintain visibility on LinkedIn and Upwork. The role emphasizes market research, pipeline management, and networking with prospects, with a commission-based incentive structure and onsite work in DHA Phase 3, XX Sector.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals on Upwork and/or LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of IT services, web development, and software solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience writing winning proposals and client-facing documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead generation on LinkedIn and Upwork to identify potential clients
• Create compelling proposals and bids highlighting technical capabilities and past successes
• Manage initial client conversations, understand requirements, and qualify leads
• Maintain and optimize company profiles on LinkedIn and Upwork to maximize visibility
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities
• Track and manage leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools
