Job summary

ArhamSoft is seeking Business Development Executives to join our Sales & Business Development team in Lahore. You will research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.

You will build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, and other CRM platforms for prospecting. You will manage email campaigns, track outreach performance, and report weekly KPIs, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Experience working with an IT services company.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
• Experience targeting international clients, particularly in the U.S. and Canada, is preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site during U.S. business hours.
