Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience exclusively in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and initial screening through interview coordination, selection, and offer facilitation.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, recruitment platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Review and shortlist CVs against defined job descriptions, required qualifications, technical skills, and relevant experience.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ professional experience, communication skills, technical exposure, availability, salary expectations, and suitability for the role.
• Develop and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and anticipated hiring requirements.
• Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and final evaluations with hiring managers, department leads, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles, screening feedback, and recruitment recommendations with the concerned stakeholders.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.
• Assist in preparing, refining, and publishing job descriptions and vacancy announcements across appropriate recruitment channels.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets and closing vacancies within defined timelines.
• Assist with offer coordination and ensure a smooth transition of selected candidates toward onboarding.
