Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation.
• Conduct and coordinate engaging orientation sessions.
• Help create a seamless experience for new joiners.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
• Support employee lifecycle activities.
• Update HRIS and maintain accurate employee data.
• Prepare basic reports and trackers using Excel.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain records.
• Assist in execution of learning initiatives.
