Zusammenfassung

Midas Safety Pakistan is seeking an HR Business Partner with 4–6 years of HR experience to drive recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee engagement. You will collaborate with HR Shared Services for payroll and benefits, and coordinate training programs to foster a high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities include using SAP SuccessFactors for performance management, analytics, and continuous improvement of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• BBA and/or MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Business partnering.

Aufgaben

• Conduct recruitment activities including job advertisements, shortlisting, telephonic screening, interviews, and offers.
• Implement onboarding process with HRSS support, joining documents, orientation, and tools alignment.
• Handle compensation and benefits activities across Hire to Retire with HR Shared Services (salary determination, status changes, insurance, claims, loans).
• Coordinate and implement training programs, gather feedback, and support continuous learning.
• Facilitate use of SAP SuccessFactors for performance management, training refreshers, and setting SMART objectives.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities (surveys, one-to-one sessions, focus groups, exit interviews, events).
• Collect data, present HR dashboards and trends, support performance improvements.
