Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 0-2 years of HR or training & development experience.
• Familiarity with learning theories, adult education or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Create training content, presentations, and e-learning materials.
