Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a mid‑level Learning & Development Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate internal training programs from our office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. You will help develop a strong learning culture and support employee growth through hands-on program coordination and content creation.

This role focuses on planning, needs analysis, material development, and measuring impact, with opportunities to advance expertise in L&D within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR-related role.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing training programs aligned with business needs.
• Conduct basic training needs assessments and identify skill gaps with teams.
• Coordinate logistics and administration for internal and external training sessions.
• Develop training materials, guides, and digital content as needed.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and data in the LMS.
• Support onboarding activities and continuous learning initiatives.
• Stay updated with new learning tools, trends, and methodologies to enhance training quality.

Requirements

Certification (Preferred)
