Job summary

Fleekbiz Pakistan is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to own the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. You will understand hiring needs, build recruitment strategies, and attract top talent, delivering quality hires beyond simply filling roles.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, thorough, and focused on outcomes, with at least 2 years in recruitment and strong English communication. Onsite opportunities in Karachi offered, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

We are looking for a recruitment specialist with 2+ years of experience in sourcing and selection.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Source candidates via job boards, social media and networks.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Provide progress updates and reports on hiring.
